Disposing of developing eggs?

Well on monday my broody is going. Unless the chicks hatch. So What will I do with the eggs? Should I crack them and throw away? Leave them? What?(no I wont ship them)

I just candled a bunch of eggs yesterday and threw the undeveloped ones to my pig. Couldn't see throwing them away.

Where is she going? Maybe the new owners would understand that she is setting and are willing to wait a few days? It never hurts to ask
