That is normal at his young age as adult hens will not accept an ill-mannered youngster and teach him some lessons.

Easter eggers are a mixed breed and can be quite small or rather chunky and big, so a picture of his actual condition would be helpful.

Edit: Yes, I can see him now. It seems as if he will be rather medium size and not too big for normal hens.

I love this! I have a young Americauna mix rooster and the hens mostly treat him like a bad chick. He has to get it on the run but mostly mates with an old, fat Buffy that waddles slow enough that he can catch her. Whenever he finishes, she pecks the crap out of him. He is currently tail-less and I don't know if it's moulting or hen-pecks.
