Distressed chicken needs help

I have four hens and now after 1-1/2 years together three of them ganged up on one and pecked her good and bloody. I isolated her and now she is recovering but has for three days been pulling out her feathers. I need to know how to stop her from doing that and also where to find a new home for her as I don't want to put her back with the others..

oh no! My girls are doing somthing like that, but not so intense! you should put some wound cream on the parts that got pecked, but be careful on the kind. If the others are pecking out her feathers, you should get one of those protective things for their backs. Or you could put her back with the other chicks and squirt them with the squirt bottle everytime they gang up on her! Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
