the boss had us fill out a "be honest" sheet on what do you like, dislike about the company.. it was a 3 pager! I wrote a few paragraphs.. came from the owner, only the owner will see the answers. Everyone had to do it...
As an emloyee I always hated those. Some employers use those to get rid of some people.
Lol I was excited for a minute... There are these Hungarian peppers that are sweet one bite and hot the next. I've got to get some of those!
I was raised on Hungarian hot peppers. There are sweet and mild as well. Usually after the first bite os sweet the.rest is hot. . And if you dont take the vein stuff out that's the hottest part.
Goodnight everyone! Sweet dreams!!
Nite!!! Got to show to my GD. She plays soccer in a traveling league as well as throughout High School. She's a senior this year. Anyway she'll get a kick out of it! Now I'm off to sleep as well. Nite!

My question too... septic? This house had septic issues when we first moved in. The third time my house was flooded with poop I said that I didn't care how much it cost, that was NEVER going to happen again!

the first two times the poop flood happened in a carpeted area.

Our grey water isn't set up properly. Never was and won't be until we get our new house built this year.

The bright person that installed the septic tank also put the black water line 3 feet under ground. It runs straight across under our driveway into the holding tank. Once you start driving over that frost gets driven down. 2 winters ago (so right after we moved in and didn't know this) it froze on us. Can't say the person who installed All this was very smart!
