I still haven't eaten a muscovy! I sold every duckling I had in about two days, it was crazy. More are due this month though and I will grow some out for sure. Alaskan you are why I have muscovy and I'm über happy with them!
My big boys love the baby Deb, for now. Once he starts getting into sh!t I'm sure it will change. lol
I'm pumped to have more cockerels around, don't know what I'd do with a pullet Ravyn

Speaking of roosters (actual roosters) I really need to butcher a bunch... Puberty came and now there are a bunch of jerks running around that need to hit the freezer asap, lol!

lol! Well at least you can get away with hand me downs instead of having to buy everything new! Or at least the hand me downs they didn't destroy, right?

Kinda neat when hand me downs survive. Some stuff the oldest, 17 wore the forth girl, 5 is wearing.

Having had to wear hand me downs I for myself could not wait for the day I out grew my sibling .....thinking now he could wear my hand me downs ! but that didn't happen .To this day I will not buy used clothing / tools etc....won't ever catch me wearing something used , all good for those who do , but not me

Different strokes...etc. I am still wearing "hand me downs" from a neighbor whose weight fluctuates. She has things in "every color and in every size" that she likes. When the attic gets stuffed there with plastic tubs full of clothes and she needs room for more, I get to go over and PICK what I would like to take home.....NO SHAME, no problem...I wear a better quality than I could afford new at the store....its free, it is sometimes never worn, or lightly worn. Win win. What's not to like?
