totally! Yep, it is still all fall/spring like here. We had some more rain last night.

CRAZY how much more time we have when we don't have to shovel and plow for 3 hours every single day!!!!

as for caffiene.. I was hooked on coke pretty bad for a bit and when I was working I didnt have intake of as much caffeine.. I was getting migraines left and right...  happen to grab a six pack for lunch one lunch break and the migraines went away I put two and two together and decided I asnt going to let something like that control me and went off caffeine...anyways it took me 7 weeks to get over the caffeine withdrawals and migraines from getting off the coke.......  I couldnt believe how dependant my body had gotten on the caffiene   that was prolly about 7 years ago.. I still don't do caffeine except on rare occasions..

I have quit coffee a few times the headaches are not fun...

Gumbo is one of my favs, there isn't much better. Fried okra is awesome too!

when I was a kid and worked at this one Indian restaurant they had this okra casserole type dish that was the bomb... it was really one of my first experiences with okra where I just absolutely enjoyed it

ya thats kinda what I figured.. I know I could probably grow it here if I micro managed it to death ..but after growing it in texas and cali

and it grows more like a weed there.. I think I'll tend my gardening energies in other places.....like a decent tomato! theres some russian tomatoes that do good in cold weather n are harder down to 30f I wanna try

Here are scetches, as you can tell, BAD DRAWING APP (yes, blame on the app, not the person )

Designed so that the walkway is also where all storage is. You could always have deep shelves on the solid exterior wall of the walkway, with brooders on the shelves and feed below the shelves.

With a walkway it makes it easy to service all pens without escapies etc.

All venting is on the side that will be protected under the run roof. This means no draft, but lots of venting.

Your turbine roof vent will be great in summer, and you can always make the door and window by the door screen in summer to help blow air through.

You could make a small cold frame garden against the base of the building, against the wall that is the walkway wall.

You can make the run bigger, by also extending the roof on the wall opposite of the entrance door.
