Bamboo, sorry, no poop stats to share. Actually, the feed conversion rate would be interesting, but since we also feed scraps and I didn't start right away, it would be off a bit.

I'd rather not know how much I have spent, or how many eggs I have gotten so far. I do think I will try to keep some sort of stats on my new chicks I plan on putting in the freezer just to see if all my cost saving plans going with a heavy slow growing heritage breeds vs. compared to Cornish cross frankenchickens.

yep, the nipples have to arrive before you can finish...




however, I still doubt (even though I know many of y'all manage) I STILL doubt that those nipples can work in super cold temps.

I would be waking up at all hours of the night to make sure the nipples weren't frozen solid.
