Oh, how much light do the sprouts need?
I don't give mine light. They are in my laundry room so the only light they get is when I am in there doing something or when I bring them out to the kitchen sink for a rinse. If you want to grow the greens, they will need some light when you see the sprouts forming. Just sprouting, no extra light needed. Temp in the laundry room is around 70F, a bit warmer than the house thermostat setting of 67F daytime and 65F nighttime, due to the furnace and hot water heater being in there.
You can also feed the bunnies fodder. I don't have any experience with it but it is mentioned on the fodder thread I posted.

Okay, now that is super adorable. I sort of feel like getting ducks and building one. Luckily I know ducks are super messy, so I won't.

Their not so bad.

A neti pot is a short squat teapot shaped thing that you fill with saline solution and then stick the spout into your snout to flush out all the impurities from your sinuses.   You stand over a sink and tilt your head to the side and try not to drown.

You have to be careful, using only distilled water with those things.

Actually, distilled water would completely dry out your mucus membranes, it needs the salt content to not do that. I just use tap water and table salt, but ours doesn't really have much impurities. Using saline or distilled water and salt is a good idea if you don't have very clean water on tap.

Holy crap it smells bad in here. Every time you go outside and come back in you're disgusted, and now it's starting to get so bad that walking into the living room from another room makes you feel nauseated too. That bird could hurry up and grow some skin, I want it out.
