Guy I work with has seen Hank III many times when he comes to NY. He said at one show he actually came out into the parking lot and drank beer with them.
His shows start out country and halfway through switches to head banging metal.
Anyone like Scorpion? I used to listen to them a lot yrs ago.
Snowpocalypse, we are only supposed to get 6-12inches and 30mph winds, NYC is supposed to get 3 feet and 70mph winds!
The mayor sounds like he's trying to start a panic, announced every one should run to the stores and stock up cause it might be a week before they can get out. If you are smart enough to prepare ahead of time they consider you a nutcase, lunatic.

A friend of mine was into Scorpions big time. Sort of ruined it for me, although he was worse with Def Leppard. Only so many times you can listen to "Pour some sugar on me" without starting to go crazy.

Sam, that was maybe badly worded, I meant that I'm not that familiar with Rush, never been a fan like that and I'm maybe a bit too young for it to have been played actively here. Just listening to Main Monkey Business at the moment, I think this would be better on weed.

Deb, I like Johnny's rendition of that, but actually that whole album, and was it the one before or after are both really good, all cover songs done very well.

I think most of the stuff mentioned here I sort of like, although many of the country artists don't really speak to me.

Way behind. Been busy last few days with a egg bound hen and her vent is prolapsed.

She's in the basement. I've given her baths I've given her greek yougurt with pulverized egg shell and tried Prep H, but the egg is so close it won't stay in. I first noticed her on Friday morning and brought her right in. She has now quit eating but is still drinking. This morning she woke me up at 6:30 am with a loud squawk. I thought for sure she either laid the egg and it was awful or she didn't make. But when I went down, she was the same. I don't know what else to do. I've done a ton of looking up what to do but the only other thing is giving her a shot of calcium which I don't have.

I'm afraid the egg is so big it won't come out and she's not going to make it. She's one of my original girls and is almost 3 years old. She hasn't laid any for months.
