I agree Sharps. It makes for an interesting rifle though. The main reason I want to go traditional is it costs to durn much for the sabots, powder pellets, cost more to shoot than my .308. There has been a big push crossbows during bow season in NY. I'm all for letting disabled or older people who can't pull a bow back to use one, but I don't think everyone should during bow season. They did get the last two weeks of bow for crossbows this season, which ain't bad, but the last week before rifle starts is the best one, the start of the rut.

Sharps, have you saw the Lyman's Great Plains rifle? That's the one I've always wanted. Doesn't have all the fancy brass like some do. Id think better for hunting.

I guess I'm the only one who doesn't eat brussel sprouts or beets, lol...

I hated them until I roasted em. They get so sweet.

OMG why have I never thought too have mushrooms with brussel sprouts before what a awesome idea!

Oh yeah, the first sprouts have appeared in my experiment. By tomorrow it should be clearly sprouting, now they're not so visible yet.

I just went out today and grabbed a bucket of sun seeds. Will start tomorrow in mesh baskets. We'll see.

I invited her to the dark side... She hasn't come by....

Here are my eggs from today. And guess what! The CCL pullet and hen laid an egg! Pretty sure the breeder @minihorse927 said she should be laying any day. Today is the day!!

Lighting is bad and phone is cheap. But check out the bottom row. Starting with the one on the left, we have OE (3rd or 4th generation), next EE, next CCL hen, last CCL pullet
