Langshans, have 10 black and 5 blue coming from Sandhill May fifth. Plus the ten white jersey giants. Have my fingers crossed everyone arrives safely.

I can almost guarantee those silvered penciled brahmas started with langshan foundation. What color eggs do they lay

Quail are finally done.... glory to God! TOO stressful..

I have 8 that look good... and one that can't decide if it wants to live or die.

Next set to hatch are all chickens... Marans, Olive Eggers and some mixes, which will be super fun to see what I get.

The mixes are for roosters: my HETEROzygous rose Comb dark brown leghorn and my Dominique

and I tried to get brown eggs only from the Dominique hens, but I could have snagged one from the Golden Comets of White Cochins

and then I tried to get white eggs only from my single comb white leghorns, rose comb white leghorns, rose comb dark brown leghorns... but... I think a couple are from my golden penciled Hamburgs.

ok I wasnt gonna do pictures cuz I lazy atm... but I will try to get my phone to do it ...darn thing is on it's last legs blinking screen no promises but will try............. @Sharps Big 50 ordered a new phone but it wont be here for 10 days

of the 2 iffy ones... one died, the other one looked like it was going to make it, but he refuses to die or get better. I am hoping that he will be dead tomorrow... because if he isn't super peppy I am feeding him to me drake

after I take his little tape 'shoes' off... don't want to mess with my drake's digestion.

@Beer can those Langshans are gorgeous! Please do share pics when you get yours! I am really really wanting some blue in my flock. I just preordered some pure Ameraucanas and I'm hoping to get at least 2 blue wheaten. He breeds the WBS-wheaten/blue wheaten/splash varieties. I also ordered 2 Welsummers from him. I wasn't going to order any more from him and then I saw this guy at the show...
shoot! It says I don't have permission to attach a photo..what the heck?
Anyhow, he's a gorgeous blue laced Barnevelder, with lacing on his breast. Breeder says he will breed him but only a few, so I'm begging for 2. He is breeding him to the standard Barnies, so only 50% chance of blue. I will post the pic if I can figure it out...

Can't wait to see your latest hatched chickies Jem once they fluff up some more. Really curious what the CLxMarans will look like as I will be having both those breeds. Cool!
