Yeah. Those chicks really are Dixie Chicks. Its hard to get anymore dixie than Skipperville Al.
Do not sacrafice the Dixie Chicks.

I know everyone says do it at night.... but I just can't


I always do it during the day, I stick a few under the mama, then sit down and read a book for an hour right next to mama.

Eventually the little chick peeks out.... and then you get to see what mama does.

I let Mama be surprised and do a gentle peck, but anything vicious and I snatch that baby away.
