Sam, oh, I'm not mean to employees, and I usually tell them that my issue isn't with them, but with the product or the company. The trick is to be nice to the employees, make them feel like you understand how they feel about their job, then you pick a mutual enemy, "the big faceless company they work for", and you make the employee actually happy about helping you get a new cell phone or whatever.

Mahen, yeah, it would be too much water. I'm going to put in a gutter, and I was thinking I'd put in a rain collection barrel. Save a bit of water or whatever. I should put one next to the chicken coop too... Speaking of the roof, I picked up the Onduline stuff today. It looks great, I'll take a pic tomorrow. but the texture of it is really pretty. I could even imagine myself using that inside on a wall or something.

Pretty sure the legbar cross IS an ice cream bar. My Isbars hatched with black eyes.
Also the eyeliner makes me almost positive its female

lol how did you see her eyes? she has the CUTEST eyes just love them they are sooo sweet and expressive....I really like her splash markings to she has the best splash look about her ... one of the brahma's be interesting alot to see how the splash comes thru

Got some great info. I had looked at the Foscams too. Nomorerack.com has had some really good prices on them as well as Amazon (I'm already a Prime member which gives me free ship and extra protection). I also don't have the power problem, with our weather extremes I had to make sure we could safely heat the coop. My coop is also within range of the house wifi. Thank you again for the help!

I was wondering about that as the cream legbar are auto sexing have a sex gene that is passed on can they still be auto sexed when out crossed if they carry the sexing gene?
