I placed golf balls in the nest today. We should get some eggs in the weekend to set, I hope I get someone to go broody. Soon we'll be candling too =]

kewl I figure it wouldnt hurt they been scratching it up after all........I got a muddy spot which could use it to help not be such a muddy spot... I need to try to get the rain barrel system from off my chicken coop done this year I hope..........

We've had a pretty easy winter compared to the last two. Snowing now though, and single digits by weekend. ..

The little green plastic thing taped on, this timer had two others (should have had 4 but I'm missing the red spare! So I need replacements), one to turn it on one for off... They pulled them out and I'm dang sure they ate them.
