Diy incubator help please :-)

Morning Forum,

i am looking for some help reference the correct wiring for my thermostat in my home made incubator. I am a little confused on which way round the cables should go.
i will attach the a photo of the thermostat if that helps.

I would google it to see if you can find a diagram on how to wire it. Surely it dosen't need a 220v input. That could be a hassle for an incubator.
