I’m wanting to try and set an egg hut up at the end of my driveway to sell some of my fresh duck eggs. I’m not to sure what I need/how to keep the eggs fresh inside.
My mom says she knows how to build it or that she has something in mind(she is super crafty) but like me isn’t sure on what we need to do to keep the eggs fresh when in the hut.
we don’t have power at the end of the drive so this will have to be independent of power.
some of the road side egg huts I’ve seen in my area are either plugged into an outlet or are hooked up to a generator but when we lived in California my mom often drove by an egg hut that didn’t have any power but the eggs stayed cool in it, she just can’t remember how.
I’d also love to see any egg huts any of you have
