As promised, just a real quick one, I am planning out a page write up in the Incubator section with more detail. Hope o have it up today or tonight.

DIY incubaor made from; IncuKit DC12, auto turner and 30mm foam panels glues together. Included double glazed windows.

The holes in the front are for remote filling of the water tray's. This is not being used just yet so they are tapped up. (Still working on what trays to use for the right humidity levels.)

Just need to tidy the wiring and fine tuner the turner settings before it's first set in a week.



Thinking I might made a timber box for the outside down the track.


Here it's in construction, since been painted in mater based gloss to help with cleaning and humidity.


A real short vid of the tuner. Still working on the time and power settings but you get the idea.

This is kinda high.... $1 each plus shipping is more normal for the nipples. Search around before you buy them. ALSO make sure you get one with a gasket they will leak without that. That one didn't have one.

You are right. Hubby ordered these from Sears last night: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_SPM6241031805P. He upgraded the shipping so they'll be here at the end of the week and our order total was $43.15 for 50 of them. I figure that's a lifetime supply.

As far as leaking goes we use teflon tape on the threads.
