Hi everyone, this is my 4 month old Sussex hen. She has been off balance nearly her whole life, I did rescue her from her egg in the incubator. In the last week she has become much more off balance/ dizzy looking. She does manage to bring her self out to free roam and back to the coop at night. I have wormed all my chickens and given her vitamins. She is also at the bottom of the pecking order but I make sure she gets to eat and drink. I’m thinking maybe some kind of inner ear problems or ear infection? I will be taking her to the vet but just wanted to put this out to see if I could get help quicker.

I’m unsure of how to post the video here but she struggles to walk and falls over, she then struggles to get back up

I had a hen with they same/similar issue. There was a possibility it was neurological and unfortunately she also had a digestive issue. How is her breathing?

You have to upload a video to YouTube or a similar platform and post the link to share

I have posted to Facebook and it does sound like a neurological problem. Her breathing seems normal. The thing that makes me think neurological is that none of our other chooks have problems

If she's at the bottom of the pecking order, the other chooks picking on her could've possibly caused some damage. Does she have feathers missing on her head?
