Looks like a 100% pet quality Pomeranian to me.
It's not at all unusual for them to be that size if not bred to standard.

Really twice the size? I didn’t think they would be that big, other then being a spitz and having a very round head I don’t see any other similarity to Pomeranians which is why I thought she was a mix.

Walks should be short, for goldens especially, their joints need LOTS of time to develop. Several (4 ish) short walks should be ok. Do not encourage your dog to run or play hard until at least 1 years of age.

Don't worry. People tend to "presale" early and then you pick them up at 8 weeks, at least in rabbits

I think I had read that breeders will due puppy aptitude testing at 7 weeks, and I got mixed up.

Does anyone know the temperament of Afghan hounds or Chinese crested? I'm finding conflicting answers on whether they're a more active dog and general temperaments (I get the temperament is a bit genetic)
