I used to be able to do 7 military pull-ups, but...It's definitely a memory.

Basically youtube fitness blender if you'd like. I just choose one a day and they are only 30 mins. I also bike or walk 3 times a week. It feels really nice to do something kind to your body. I feel much less fatiqued during the day when I am active, vs. when I'm not, I can barley get up the stairs without loosing my breath
 
Idk why being fat is like the worst thing ever to people,

I stay in shape because it makes me feel good, I have more endurance, I am stronger, etc.

I'm not that disrespectful.
Some people have disorders where they can't control there fat but when it's just lazy eating then I see it as ugly.

There is usually always a reason behind uncontrollable eating, and then there are people who are just built that way. Like my mother, who eats like a mouse.
