Do 3 & 1/2 week old geese need food and water at night?

Hi, my African geese are 3 and 1/2 weeks old and I still have them indoors at night. They are creating quite a mess and stink as they are growing big.
Can I with hold food and water at night and then put them outside in their pen with food and water during the day? I wasn't sure if they would get dehydrated going that long.
