Do adults poop as much as babies?

My mallard ducklings poop probably once every 8-12 minutes each, sometimes more sometimes less. My point is they poop tons. When they grow up, will they poop less, but more at once or something. I find it hard to believe they would poop this often as adults

Now I have to look and see what the result of poop survey No. 1 was - ducks poop a lot. As adults or ducklings - think I read somewhere average of once every 7 minutes.
