Do all Bantams lay?

I had went to give some roo's away,and the lady had given me a Bantam.She is so sweet,and I don't think i'm putting her under any pressure,but she isn't laying,and from what I was told,she was very,very close to laying.She was born in the fall 2015.She is about 5 months maybe?Do all bantams lay?

I am letting her kinda show the baby chicks how life works (she isn't aggressive and since we know Bantams like to brood,I though she may wanna play with chicks,she still acts like chick flapping around jumping in the air,fighting.)

I pretty sure all bantams lay, how often I don't know. I had a OEGB that laid once every 2 months, why I don't know but that's what she did.
