Do all coop's have to be pretty?

I think that could be a beautiful coop! It has great bones and only needs to be finished.. Adding siding and/or a nice paint job and I see it looking as pretty as any I have seen...

It's rock solid..I tried to push it over and it didn't budge, so I decided to fix it up. replaced the back wall as it was rotten. even with no back wall it was solid.

Take all the mickey you like, but it was free, there when we moved in. I have a tough skin. If I was ashomed of it, I would not have shown it. Wifey says it's ugly, I say it has character.

Glad to see a couple of coops like this-i think they look awesome! Getting tired of all the cutesy yuppie coops on here anyways-so good job guys!

But the cutsey yuppie coops are what started this website. This is backyard chickens. It has grown to include us country guys with ugly coops.

It's too late. I think somewhere in one of the threads is a picture of part of coop. I do know I have some nest box pics up.

If the Pretty Coop Police want to come then that's OK with me as long as they bring materials, tools, and consider it charitable work.

The Pretty Coop Police are easy, and open to bribes.
It is the preditor police that you better watch out for.

Repeat offenders are dealt with severly and or black listed.

Not all coops have to be pretty, but - well - YES! Mine does have to be pretty/cute... I'm girly what can I say?
