Do any hatcheries sell young hens 3 to 4 months old?

Relatively new to this backyard chicken raising, would like to buy young hens that have not started laying, any info would be appreciated.

Google the hatcheries and check to see if they sell started pullets. Several hatcheries carry them.

Started pullets aren't sold at all the hatcheries, many just sell chicks. I just ordered a couple from Meyer Hatchery. McMurray has them also, but you really need to order from the hatchery closest to you or the shipping will be outrageous.

Meyer has started pullets. They list the shipping rates by number of birds to each state so you know what to expect. McMurray has started pullets along with 4 week old chicks. You'd have to do more searching to see how much shipping will be from them.

Thanks for the replies, I didn't see any hatcheries advertising young hens, there are none near me, I was just wondering cause I'm not too sure of the breeds of the two hens I got, but......I am gettin an egg a day from each, nice brown and a light tan one.
