That white-ish bullseye is what you are looking for on the yolk.

Otherwise it's hard to tell from that distance. You'll need to get a closer picture of the yolk in order to tell for sure.

They look fertilized to me.

Hard to tell with a bit of glare on the eggs, but the one in the bottom left does look to have the fertile bulls-eye.
