Do any of your chickens know their names?

Actually, this thread is making me realize the ones with "y" at the back of their name know their name with much less effort! Lady, Kacey, Worldie, etc. They know I'm talking to them! They respond the best to "come" otherwise, though. No clue why, but they know "come" and tapping as a jump on this surface now kind of command for if I want them on my shoulders. (I've never treat incentivized this)

That’s interesting!!

My girls:
Wheezy, Pippy, Rocky, Coco, Remy, Ginny
Skeeter, Willy, Ember, Jinxy, Mimzy, Nyx, Nova, Powder (but usually called Powdee), Whiskey, Beetle, Dinky, Spicy Boots, and Missy Boots (usually just referred to as "the bootsies" and I call them both "bootsie")

Interesting how many of the names end in an "E" sound or have an ee in the middle (SkEEter, BEEtle).... I'm not sure of any of them know their names, but with the exception of Coco (who is my MOST cuddly chicken ever), only the ones with an "E" sound in their names (or nicknames) are the least bit interested in being around me. 😅
