Do any of your chickens mistake your lower lip for a big fat worm?

My BR thought I was probably hiding the raisins up my nose. Meanwhile my EE figured out where they really were and picked my pocket. The BR may be the top of the pecking order, but she's not the one with the brains.

every time i see one giving me that certain look, and it happens all the time i beg them "PLEAAASE don't peck my eye out!!!" it's like they're a sweet snuggly kitty on your lap and they have to remind you that they are more like lizards with feathers...but really snuggly sweet ones

I learned the hard way to keep a safe distance from the business end of a chicken. My Plymouth Rocks are notorious for lip nipping! The Orps and Australorps not so much. Betty (in my avatar) goes for the lip first thing if you get too close!

I was trying to tame my roo, Bob. Picked him up every day for awhile and carried him around like a football. One day though he managed to get hold of my bottom lip and would NOT let go! I swear I threw him to the ground and he tried taking my lip with him. Had anyone been watching I'm sure it would have looked like something on a cartoon show with my lip being stretched a foot or so from my mouth. Crazy bird. It did settle him down a little though.

I have also had a chicken peck my eye, little guy was perched on my shoulder too so i couldn't even jump around madly and scream! my LS is also convinced that i need help in removing my lip ring, she grabs hold of it and tries to pull it out...then there's all the freckles on my hands / arms too which the girls love to attack...sheesh, i am bullied by my chickens!
