Do baby rabbits retain their tameness when they become an adult?

I have this seven week old baby bunny that I continuously play and interact with. She is not afraid of me when I take her out of the cage.

When she becomes an adult will she retain her tameness or will she become mean and wild? Would spaying help?

I had this bunny for one week. She is also tamed and trained to wear a harness.

Rabbits do tend to go through a "teenage" phase at around 4-6 months months when they reach sexual maturity. This can often cause behavioral problems, such as aggression, marking (with males), worsened litter habits, and territorial issues. At this stage they may not tolerate being held or bothered much.
It really depends on the individual how they act but they typically grow out of it over time. However the best way to fix these issues (especially with litter box training issues) is to spay/neuter your rabbit. So yes, I'd say that's the best thing to do.
Female rabbits are known to get ovarian cancer as well, so spaying can definitely increase your rabbits lifespan.

For now, the best thing to do is to just bond with your rabbit and create a good relationship with her. I recommend watching Lennon the Bunny and 101Rabbits on YouTube for tips on bonding with them. They also have great rabbit care videos, including free roaming bunnies, which is great for their mental and physical heath.

We had imitation wood floors that were slick. Bunny was very friendly not to slip around on that floor.

My handled bunnies were nice until they reached sexual maturity. Than they got a little crazy. So definitely get them spayed or neutered if you want them to continue being nice. Those hormones can make them a bit nutty and sometimes aggressive.
