Whatcha Making for Supper?

I like Stovetop Stuffing.
Sometimes I'll jazz it up with diced peppers and onions sauteed in butter and some shredded chicken. Or use it in a foil packet meal.

I made some chicken salad earlier today and tonight I'll make a melt. Along with a new way I came across to make green beans, subbing the ingredients I like, only done in an air fryer instead of a pot. Fingers crossed on that one. I hope they aren't dried out. Plus I'll have to set a pan under them to catch all the coconut oil that will run off. But the picture looked nice.
 
We had a talk had a air fryer I gave it away as we let it sit with three of us.
Now at 2 we will use it more.
Thankfully we are able to buy another.
