Do BB whites reproduce naturally?

I'm new here, but have been reading lots of posts about raising meat birds. (I thought about Cornish X and dual purpose chickens too, but for now I'm thinking turkeys are what I'd like to do)

So can BB whites be good mothers and lay eggs like heritage turkeys or are they more like Cornish x hybrids?

BB Toms grow too big of a breads to mount the hen, The BB hen will lay eggs, if she is grown to about 6 months, but they will not be fertile, unless you AI. BB turkeys are like the Cornish cross chickens as far as leg and heart problems!

Okay, thanks for that answer. I had a hunch that BB's were like Cornish x's but didn't know for sure.
