Do bills scar?

Last night I startled my boy in his house. He promptly crashed his bill against the wall and now has a cut/abrasion/bruise running down his bill (it was even bleeding a little). I put neosporin ointment on it but I am sure that wont stay on long. I certainly don't want him to get an infection so I will watch it close but I'm also curious if bills tend to scar or heal up pretty well? This is our first bill boo-boo.

doing good there...but na, they heal up pretty well unless it's a major incident, most likely will never notice it in a week or so

I had a Pekin get her bill bumped when she was about 6 weeks old and had a huge raised bruise. I was very worried, but within a week or two it healed nicely and there are no signs of trauma.
