Do chickens like to sit on peoples lap

My silver laced chicken seems content when sitting on my lap, does this mean it enjoys it?

I am new to chickens too, but I have 2 or 3 that frequently come sit on my lap and a couple that like my back and or shoulder. Haha, I'm not sure of they do it because they like me or if they feel safe with me or what.

My chickens certainly like being cuddled.
They come over and invite themselves onto my lap all the time. I push them off, and they're back. One literally walks into me until I pick her up.

If they didn't like sitting on your lap then they wouldn't do it.
Chickens don't do anything they don't want to do, they're toddlers with feathers.

Some like to sit on your lap, while others don't. It all depends on the chicken.
