Wanted to ask if a isa brown / hyline type brown egg layer chick has white back stripes does that mean it carries eb or e+ or is it based on pure wheaten like chicks without the stripes ?

I'm not sure but I think it's probable that they are e+/e^Wh. I am sure that the red part is wheaten but the silver could definitely be duckwing based. And I have observed that black based DuckwingxWheaten chicks have some interesting stripes, so I think dominant white ines would be pretty similar.
