The price for peafowl, like everything else, depends on supply and demand. Check other sellers in the area to determine if this is a good price.
Are you prepared to have these two turn out to be two peacocks (males)?

The $60 price for a young peacock is pretty much in the standard for a Craigs List quality bird from a backyard breeder. Expect to pay more from a known peafowl breeder. Any hen of any color at any age in my opinion is worth at least $100 and rare colors and patterns are much higher. Do not feed chicken layer to peafowl, the protein level is too low and it contains too much calcium to be healthy. Peas should not have over 1.5% calcium or it will have a bad effect on the cocks kidney. Did I miss anything?

One more opinion since you asked. I would never cage peas and any waterfowl in the same pen, free-range is fine but what waterfowl do to the water should never be drunk by peas. I do not allow any wading pools in any of my pea pens, they will crap in it and drink from it. Peas need a clean source of water to stay healthy and positioned so they do not walk or crap in it.
