Do ducks and peacocks get along?

Yeah I don't think they need one either. If I get 2 peacocks will they fly away?
Might not fly away but they can jump up on fences and things they are little bit like chickens as in they know where home and food is it seems, even if they go for a walk away. If you really want them maybe just give it a go and see how it works out, be interesting for you to write about your birds once U get them. Are you going to b breeding them?

The only time we ever had a peacock fly away it was actually a peahen. It was our first pair so we got the male another 2 girls. Next thing you know she's come back with half a dozen chicks. We didn't think she was coming back because it was over a month before we got the new hens.

I haven't checked whether you have already done so, but you might want to ask this questions in the Peafowl forum as well.
Between my daughter and I, we have chickens, ducks, and peafowl. Each group lives in separate coops and runs, and has it own particular needs.
The peafowl are never free ranged but they have an enormous wide and tall run. We have had several show up for who know where, and they integrated nicely into the flock.
Are you aware of how loud peacocks are? You will need understanding neighbours. When one neighbour had huskies, our jerk peacock used to get calling just to wind them up.
I can't guarantee this, but to my knowledge it is very difficult to sex a peafowl until they are about 2 years old. Buy from a reputable breeder.

Do you know if peacocks can eat chicken feed? Or do they have to eat special food? Also, is $60 a good price for unsexed, india blue peacocks that are 3 months old?
