Do ducks every get full?

If I pooped as much as they do, I bet I'd be hungry all the time too!

My Welsh Harlequins go out on bug run and forageing every morning and evening... in the mornings after bug run they come back into day pen for their dry feed and greens floated in water... after a while they are foraging again. in the evenings they forage for a couple hours then in to night pen for dry feed again and sometimes greens in water...

I am pulling them fresh dandelion greens right now when we go walking and chopping them and placing in water for them... twice a week they also get black oil sunflower seeds floated in water..

Do you give them just the kernels or the whole seed?

My runners are the same as a couple of others here. When I let them out in the morning they run around until I fill the feeder. Once I've left they attack the food for a few minutes, then forage most of the day.
They expect the dish to be full when they return a few hours later though.

hahaha, the only time a pekin duck runs is when it is food time!
