Do ducks have to have food/water at night

My gander was the ice breaker here I miss him so much, he died in Feb 2021

My ducks will get in the pool if it's in the low 30's but I don't give them a pool if it gets below 32 not becasue they won't get in but because the spring line is frozen.

My Pekin girl is a bit dirty just above her tail, under her wings. I think because she hasn't been in the pool so can't clean off.

Can she get in safely they are so big I'm not sure how easily it is for them to get in. My Muscovy drake is about 13-15 lbs and he has to have steps to get into the pool.
