An Easter Egger is a mutt bird that has one blue egg gene so they lay green or olive eggs. An EE could literally look like a barred Plymouth Rock or buff Orpington. They are mutts and there is no physical description of the breed.

Most EEs you buy from hatcheries will have muffs.
