Do eggs ever hatch in less than 21 days?

Im so anxious and Friday will be day 21 of my broodies on eggs. I have bantams and Im hoping some of the eggs will start hatching early. Has anyone ever known bantams under broodies to hatch in anytime less than 21 days?

If there is no expertise in this area Ill report back if any hatch early, then we will have an answer!

I have them hatch as early as 18 days and as late as 25 days.

I thought I read where bantams can hatch a little earlier. Ill report back with my findings.

Early and/or late hatching happens with every hatch. I've had some hatch anywhere from day 18 to 24.

I do not have bantams, but our broody hen (buff orpington hen, rhode island red rooster) sat 11 eggs, which were due to hatch Saturday, July 6th. Today, July 4th, 5 have hatched. I expect the remaining 6 to be hatched by morning. I believe it has to do with the temperature. This hen rarely leaves the eggs, so they were probably a very high and steady temp throughout incubation. Today was day 19, and the hatching began late this afternoon.

Update: We got 7 out of the 11 eggs. I broke the remaining 4 eggs today to see what the condition was. 3 never began to develop, may or may not have been fertile. The 4th was pretty well developed, but for whatever reason died before hatching. All of the eggs hatched early.....day 19 or early morn day 20.
