Do Freedom Rangers breed true?

has anyone here attempted to propagate freedom rangers?

i'm getting conflicting stores in my research. for every "it's a hybrid, they won't breed true" i find, i find a conflicting story stating they do.

so, i'd love to hear from anyone here who has actually attempted to reproduce them
