Do hens lay in the same nest box?

I really don't know what I'm doing right that I didn't do in the past, but somehow all my girls have made it to the nesting boxes for every egg they have ever laid. I have 3 wooden eggs in each of my 6 boxes, so that might be part of it. I keep leaves and pine/cypress needles on the ground and shreaded paper in the boxes.
They used to all seem to use the first and 4th box, but at this point, I think all the boxes have been christened.

I have over 20 nest boxes in one of my coops and almost all will lay in just 2 or 3 of them. Beats me why but they just line up and wait and always at the same time of day. which is cool for me because I can check for any egg laying problem when they start the production line LOL.

Mine do it, too - I only have 3 nest boxes, but if I go out and move an egg into each box, they're more likely to spread them out. I think it's funny when two hens get into the same box at the same time.
