Yes give them the B complex until you don't see any more shaky leg then wait a few days to a week before stopping if you get duck pellets after he gets over this he may not need anything since duck feed usually has the amount of niacin they need. But since he is already like this he needs help to get over it. It can get serious.

He gets exercise when he swims. Once he and Duchess are bonded, they'll be moving outside.

I know you have been putting them in the tub and they are getting exercise. He'll get over this with a little help. It's very common with ducklings that are fed chick starter and that is what most of us can get. I am going to be using Nutritional Yeast with my new duckling but I have the liquid b complex just in case.

Well they grow fast so need to build muscle to hold up the body. Bigger Brooder or pen is needed.
