I hope it's okay but I crushed up a B complex pill from my dad's bottle and put it into Colonel's water for now.

I'd say it's better than nothing! If you could grind it up and sprinkle it on tomatoes or some favorite treat it would stick to that you know they will gobble right up. That way you know that it's all being eaten.

We only have lettuce so I'm not sure how that would work.

well you could try frozen peas, let them thaw, smash them up and try that.
