Do i get more eggs to hatch or wait.

ok i got 6 eggs to incubate and only 1 shows veins at day 16. I tossed the others and my silkie gal is happily sitting on her egg!
If this egg hatches will the young poult be ok in a flock of silkies, bantam cochin chickens? Should i go get some others to hatch? My first time with turkeys and im hatching sweetgrass variety.

I don't know about Turkeys but I've been told once my ducks are grown and I get more babies, not to mix the babies with the grown ups because they could be trampled or otherwise killed
