Do I have 2 roos? 😔 (EE chicks)

I know it's a bit early for these guys but I just wanted to post some pictures and see what everyone has to say. They're currently 5 weeks old. Easter eggers.

Omelette is the brown one, Scramble is the white and black. I'm almost certain Scramble is a roo, but not so sure about Omelette. Is there any hope?

Both look like Roos to me. My EEs at that age had yellow bumps (not even a comb)

Ouch...was really hoping at least one would be a pullet. I'm not allowed to have roosters in my area. This sucks .

Thank you! I'll hold out some hope and wait a few more weeks just in case, but I trust everyone's judgement on here. Hopefully someone wants to add some pretty roos to their flock! Scramble will be a looker for sure!

Update: They both have a new home with one of my friends! She wanted some EE roos .
