Looks like a hen to me. What makes you think that it may not be?

They both look like pullets!

The top one looks like a pullet, but it has some EE in there somewhere because of the muff.
Bottom one is a roo, I think I see saddle feathers and the pea comb is relatively large/pink

The small curl at the end of her tail-feathers had me questioning a little. but that is about it.
