the second one is in progress but so far he looks single. it must be the one that's not going anywhere
I have marked on it "late" because there were a few I put in a day late. If needed I will leave those ones in longer and tear them apart if it comes to that

Anyway, I only had 3 brown eggs the rest were easter eggers and leghorn mutts
so 2 are hatched and healthy (and alone in their eggs) one is left and so far no sign's of life.
if it really was a double yolker it would be expected that it not survive but hey why not watch and see what happens right? you never know

the egg didn't hatch as suspected. so I decided to take a look. I couldn't leave you guys hanging, lol
I don't know what happened but the only way it was a double yolker was if (like sometimes refered to when only one twin survives) the bigger one ate his twin, lol

I too had one that hatched. I had no clue though it was my first hatch. I was quite confused when i had 1 more chick than egg in the incubator!

Aww..so did he not survive b/c there were two in there or was he just not in there long enough? I have a OEGB sitting on 6 eggs...they are due to hatch the beginning of next week...this will be my first batch...needless to say I am really excited!!!!!

but from the looks of it it had one yolk. I don't get it because in the first picture it was pretty clear there were two yolks
