Do I have a Pullet or a Cockerel?

Who can determine the gender of my four week old California White, it was the second biggest out of the 4 that hatched and two of the smaller ones had much shorter wings.

I still think it looks girlie. My Leghorns got rather large combs early too, and I fretted about them for a long time! Time will tell though. If that comb starts going red, then I'd think its a cockerel.
