I have one that looked like a boy since 2wo, and it remained that way for many weeks, until around week 12-14, she started showing better feather pattern and other features of a pullet. Her comb always was redder and bigger than my other pullets. The coloring and pattern was all blotchy/uneven. This was probably by the fact she is a hatchery bird? I don’t know, maybe.
Waiting on wyandottes is key unless they are so “obvious” roosters but in my own case the obvious wasn’t so obvious.
